Some of the items on my order were not available. The merchant called and asked if a substitution was accaptable. I appreciate the phone call. One of my packages didn't make it yet. According to FedEx it was damaged in transit and returned to sender. I don't know what will happen yet with that package.

I never received the 5 bottles of Margaritaville Mango Margarita mix that I ordered on 6/18/2008. I cannot get into the tracking screen on-line to follow-up on the status of my order.
